CHANGES AND SUBSTITUTIONS:
The information contained herein is as accurate as possible. However Mahogany Expressions reserves the right to add or discontinue merchandise as it deems necessary. Prices are subject to increase without notification, if there are circumstances beyond this establishment's control. In the event of a difference in price Mahogany Expressions WILL NOT process the prepayment of said item(s) until it is confirmed in writing of your acknowledgement and consent to pay for the said item(s) difference in price.
Mahogany Expressions reserves the right to correct typographical errors and is not responsible for misprints.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:
Mahogany Expressions strives to have you completely satisfied with your purchase(s). Please check your order/receipt as soon as it arrives to ensure you have received the intended content(s). Inform this company of any discrepencies with 24 HOURS of your receipt.
Only accounts that have paid within the terms set forth will be eligible for AUTHORIZED returns.
All returns must be shipped in PERFECT RE-SELL CONDITION WITHIN THIRTY DAYS OF RECEIPT in order to receive a full refund LESS SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES. ANY ITEMS RETURNED THAT DO NOT COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS WILL NOT BE SUBJECT TO A REFUND.

Mahogany Expressions will make every effort to pack your order carefully. However, shipping damage including but not limited to, "Concealed Damage", can occur. "Concealed Damage" results when a box is dropped but the box is in good condition. If you find any damage, please follow these instructions:
1. Retain all contents, original packaging materials and shipping boxes. This is a prerequisite of the Insurance Company for filing ALL claims. (FAILURE TO DO SO CAN RESULT IN THE DENIAL OF YOUR CLAIM AND THE REFUND OR REPLACEMENT OF YOUR PURCHASE.)
2. Telephone United Parcel Services (UPS), with your tracking number, description of the damaged item(s), as well as the amount it was purchased for. UPS will inform you of the day/time they will dispatch a driver to pick up the package(s). Orders within the Continental UNITED STATES please CALL 1 800 742 5877 (24 HOURS). OVERSEAS customers CALL 1 800 782 7892 (24 HOURS). OR, CONTACT YOUR LOCAL UPS BRANCH OFFICE.
3. Notify Mahogany Expressions of the claim(s) filed with UPS and this company will reship your order to you ASAP. (Please note all items are subject to availablity.) FALSE CLAIMS AS WELL AS REPEATED CLAIMS FROM THE SAME CUSTOMER/ADDRESS WILL RESULT IN PERMANENT DENIAL TO PLACE FUTURE ORDERS.
***NOTICE***...If your package is damaged enroute UPS will automatically return it to Mahogany Expressions BEFORE it arrives to your location. If this occurs you will receive notification in writing as well as a courtesy call informing you of this matter. We will promptly resend a replacement. (Subject to it's availablity)...If the item is not available you may choose to select a different item or have your money refunded to you.
Mahogany Expressions accepts MasterCard and Visa.
Orders Must be prepaid by credit card, money order or check in UNITED STATES CURRENCY ONLY. (Personal Checks please allow at least five (5) business days to clear).
Checks and Money Orders are to be made PAYABLE to MAHOGANY EXPRESSIONS.
OVERSEAS ORDER MUST PREPAY IN UNITED STATES CURRENCY ONLY.
No C.O.D. are accepted.
Limited Edition items are subject to price change as quantities decrease.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH through the mail. Mahogany Expressions is not responsible if your check, money order or cash is lost/stolen. It will be you the consumer's responsibility to track/investigate your funds if this should unfortunately occur. For your protection please record any check(s) you send and save your money order receipt in order to speed the investigative process and hopeful return of your funds.
United States orders ALLOW 4-6 weeks for delivery. Overseas, Canada, Mexico and South America ALLOW 8-10 weeks for delivery.
WHILE IT IS THE OBJECTIVE AND GOAL TO WORK WITH ALL CONSUMERS. MAHOGANY EXPRESSIONS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANY CUSTOMER.
